I couldn't be happier with the service I received from James he gave me a great quote for finance, arranged without any pressure or hassle. My car was prepared for sale quickly and the MOT arranged. James stayed late twice in a week for me to go over after work and didn't rush me at all. I also have to thank his mum - we turned up on a Sunday when they were closed but as she was in the office didn't mind showing us the car I wanted to buy and was happy to chat to us and arrange for James to speak to me the next day. Also gave me recommendations for someone who could pimp up my wheels! Thank you - you went above and beyond.

I recently purchased a mini clubman from James,he gave me a good part ex price for my vehicle. On arrival to collect my vehicle, James completely valeted the car inside and out. He had new private number plates created for me, a years M.O.T. and service. I am very pleased with my car. James and his family went above and beyond what other car dealers do. I would most certainly recommend James and his family business to my family and friends. An exemplary service given. Thank you.

We are very happy with service provided by garage. Car has run well to date, excellent valet, new tyres to front, 12 months mot all issues with car sorted out immediately and without question.

We received a very friendly greeting and were allowed complete freedom to look around without any pressure or hassle. We found a car that looked good - in actual fact it was great - really well presented and very good value for the condition and mileage. We were taken for a test drive and again, there was no pressure or hassle. We were just simply allowed to drive as we wanted to and form our own opinions. We agreed what we feel was a great deal with a very fair part exchange price for our old car. When we picked the car up it had been re-valeted (it was already very clean & tidy), and despite the owner obviously being very busy, the transaction went very smoothly. I have knocked one star off just because the office area is not that plush - it may put some people off as it looks a bit untidy and chaotic. But really, that wasn't a problem for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Painswick Valley Car Sales for great value used cars.
